The Basin Sports Complex, located in Odessa, TX, is the newest destination for premier sports events in West Texas. At our facility, you will find premium fields, excellent hospitality, a great location, and a hospitable experience at any event.

Perfectly located between Dallas, El Paso, and Lubbock and only 20 minutes from Midland, The Basin Sports Complex is situated on the University of Permian Basin grounds and hosts youth and amateur tournaments, competitions, and events from all over West Texas, and surrounding areas. The venue features concessions, 12 softball/baseball fields, two tee-ball fields, 12 adult soccer, and 36 youth soccer fields, one basketball, one sand volleyball court, one tennis court, and four rentable pavilions. Everything you need for an unforgettable sports experience.

Odessa is one of the fastest-growing small cities in the nation, and with more people, the love for sports also grows. Seeing this, the University of Texas Permian Basin saw the need to open its fields to welcome the community and offer programs and events to all its residents. That’s how The Basin was born. The people from Odessa and region now have a safe, premium place to welcome baseball, softball, soccer, and football players from all over Texas and beyond.
